Our service offering ranges from specialised stemming trucks and ancillary equipment available for dry/wet hire, ongoing maintenance and support, custom-built site-specific equipment, as well as digitising data collection of the blast preparation processes through real time performance monitoring. Blast Hole Stemming & Backfilling
Our team are trained to ensure that our stemming services reduce safety hazards, such as flyrock and overpressure. We also use a specialised backfilling process that is highly effective at protecting the coal seams and/or ore bodies from blast damage as well as accurately delivering various materials to areas requiring back-filling such as pipelines, trenches, garden beds, median strips, etc.
Ancillary Equipment
We provide fit-for-purpose stemming loaders with attachments, as well as dewater pump hire. Loaders can be used as a contingency for major breakdowns/scheduled maintenance events, as well as campaign loading in addition to stemming trucks in peak times.

Dual Purpose Stemming Trucks
Our dual-purpose stemming offer a unique one-time solution in a cost-effective mobile unit. This equipment can provide utilisation efficiencies by covering both water truck or stemming truck requirements in unscheduled maintenance events and loading two products at the same location.
Dust Suppression
All of our trucks feature as standard, an innovative patented dust suppression sprinkler system at each conveyor transfer point to reduce dangerous exposure to silica and other dust hazards, ensuring maximum operator and worker safety for all drill and blast activities. Greater versatility is provided with the dual-purpose trucks by covering water truck and stemming requirements in one package.
Workshop & Field Maintenance Services
Haulroc has access to extensive resources for industry leading fabrication and machining services. This allows us to keep the majority of workshop maintenance activities in-house for our extensive hire fleet, enabling greater control over quality and completing the job within expected timelines. To further compliment this, Haulroc holds warehouse stock of key critical spares for each asset.
Custom Built Site Specific Equipment
We manufacture custom-built site-specific blast preparation equipment and trucks for the drill and blast industry. All equipment manufactured for sale includes patented safety and efficiency features as standard.
Real Time Performance Monitoring
The use of 4P digital forms allows for the capture of in-field data applying technological solutions to provide real time data for monitoring and summarising performance and key indicators such as Stemming m3, Backfill m3, Refill/loading times, vehicle pre-start check-list, scheduled/unscheduled maintenance downtime and more. This provides the end user a graphical representation of operations along with a spreadsheet suitable for integration and review.
